Ryodan,

I would like to announce that the official WCYF 2009 Application Form is now online at http://worldcreativeyouthforum.net/ .  There is an ONLINE APPLICATION FORM as well as a DOWNLOADABLE APPLICATION FORM.

I have also attached the Official Application Form to this email.

I am encouraging members to apply specially INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS so that if successful one week after the event we will be having our 1st BROOD INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS so that finally all of us can meet.

Upon completion of the form please send it to apply at worldcreativeyouthforum.net.

International applicants will be screened by an International Screening Committee which has 8 members and has representative from North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Applicants from the Philippines will be screened by a Screening Committee organized by the Local
Organizing Committee and is representative of key organizations
involved in the preparation for WCYF 2009.

If any of you also
can help us contact sponsors for this event as we still need them in
order to make the event successful please don't hesitate to e-mail me
