[Ryodan] UPDATE: BROOD Youth Summer Camp on May 16-18, 2008 at San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija

In celebration of its sixth (6th) year anniversarythe organization BROOD will be having its 3rd Annual Youth Summer Campand 2nd National Congress in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija on May 16 to 19,2008 at the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movemement (PRRM) NationalTraining Institute.

The camp will highlight leadership trainingand personality development as well as team building activities. Thecamp also includes an extensive entrepreneurship workshop which willencourage members to take on the role as entrepreneurs and make adifference for the country. This will also be the third year that BROODis having this event as part of the 2008 Global Youth Service Day (GYSD)

Amongthe proposed speakers were Rep. Teddy Casiño of BAYAN MUNA, Arlyn Cruzof the Municipal Social Welfare Development Office, Andy Matula,Richard Penaflor, Sherwin Joseph Felicidario and Mike Jan Silva. PagasaYouth Association (PYA) Chapter of San Leonardo will also beparticipating and will be represented by 20 youth leaders. PYA- SanLeonardo is a member organization of BROOD.
