[Ryodan] Invitation for Procurement Watch Training on the Government Procurement Reform Act

Ryodan,

Greetings!

BROOD had been a part of the network of Civil Society Organizations fighting graft and corruption.  We had been part of this since we participated in a training (Librando and I) last 2005 but we have not really took part in the endeavor of being observers for the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) or in monitoring government projects.

Procurement Watch is once again inviting us to join their training and we hope to establish as well a strong commitment towards being committed to fighting graft and corruption by forming a Technical Working Group/ Coordinating Team for this.

Thus, we are inviting those interested to join and of the trainings below but we encourage that you attend the TRAINER'S TRAINING (TOT) on Oct. 15-22 or October 15-17 and 22-24.

Attached are the Information Bulleting and Progarms for the Training of Obeservers (TOO), Training of Monitors (TOM) and Training of Trainers (TOT).

We need your confirmation of participation by 5pm this Saturday, October 13, 2007.  Just reply to this e-mail or call/text at 09152238073.
