Accepted volunteers will be the representatives of NYC for the SK Federation election.

  Dilg memorandum Circular no. 2007- 150 dated november 19,2007, Conduct of the sangguniang Kabataan Federation Election at all level
   
  December 3-7,2007. municipal and component /independent component / highly urbanized city federations.
   
  December 14- 17, 2007. Provincial / metropolitan Federation
   
  National Federation January 14- 18, 2007.Representatives of the National Youth Commission (NYC) shall act as official observer during the actuial conduct of the federation election at all level.
   
  To all RCs . kindly list down namers of NYP alumni / and or SSEAYP/ TAYO who resides in a particular municipalities/provinces in your area of jurisdiction who wants to volunteer as representatives of NYC for the SK Federation election.
   
  We will notify yoiu later  kung okey na sa Commission and we will submit it to DILG for accreditation .Thank you.
   
  Likewise be informed memo circular no. 2002- 123, dated August 5, 2002;Implementing rules and guidelines for the conduct of SK pederation e;lection at all level.
   
  Article II Pre-election.. Sec. 8 Prohibited Activities, no. 6.... Holding of organizational meeting/orientation seminar or other similar activities for the SK chairmen and federation members on dates and places other than those specified there in.
   
  This means it is not allowed other than the dates prescribeb by DILG. for your guidance.
