[Ryodan] Martial Rule? Cleansing?

It is alarming what is happening here in Bulacan.  Barangay halls are being turned into military outpost, people are being abducted without even having an arrest warrant just for mere suspicion of being a member of the New People's Army.  If you do not have a community tax certificate here you will be arrested.

Should we remain silent in things that are happening in our country?  Should we remain in fear on the issues and actions being made upon our people by this government?

What shall we do?  How should we act?  Maybe it is time for us to rise against this tyranny.
