March 25, 2010 is officially the 8th Year Anniversary of Brotherhood of Destiny (BROOD) which will culminate on its 5th SUMMER CAMP on May 28-31 at Atimonan, Quezon. It is interesting to note that "8" is also a symbol of change from what is old to what is new. The organization for 8 years have undergone through various success and trials as well and this year majority of the members of the organization are engaged in the electoral process.
Majority of the members of the National Council are supporting the candidacy of environmentalist, Nicanor Perlas due to similarity of its vision, mission and objectives of the organization. However, these are individual decisions and not organizational. As an organization however, WE ARE CALLING ON ALL OUR MEMBERS to examine the track record, platform and stand of every candidate on various issues and VOTE FOR THE BEST CANDIDATE regardless of their popularity or stand on the surveys.

I may run for Congress in my hometown.” And finally, she declared that she is “not ready to step down completely from public service.”
